It's not likely at this stage. It's pretty advanced and if left alone could spread to the other eye, cause blindness and even death.

Oh ok, I'll wait to see if it can get any better, my 14 day guarantee is not over yet , if he does with in that time, I can get another butterfly or my money back. If not I'll start treatment, I'd rather get a new Butterflyfish for free than spend $60 on antibiotics.

I just read up that it could be pop eye, and if it dose not get any worse it will go away, I'll watch the fish very closely, I know it did graze the rocks and sand , but then it went on staying on one side of the tank like swimming in a 6in X 6in area.
