Seahorses I’m using the master saltwater test kit and no I’m not over feeding
Assure filters are clean and you have met the following:
Salinity 1.024
Temp 75-78
Ph not to exceed 8.2
Mild water flow

What water are you using (RODI or tap water from the faucet ? )
Addition of Seachem prime and/or Chemipure blue will help

Well, I'm assuming these are dwarf seahorses and are being fed enriched brine shrimp nauplii. If they are Standards then you REALLY ARE in trouble until you move them to about a 75-90g tank.
As for dwarfs, I had no problem with around 50 dwarfs in a 5g but I changed out 90% of the water every 3 days. I also removed all nutrient depleted artemia before feeding the new batch.
I cleaned out the minifilter pad daily.
For dwarfs in a 10g tank you must have a PITA task of hatching and enriching the brine to be able to keep the density of the naupii high enough to keep the dwarfs satisfied.
