Need advice

Nitrate is ok but phosphates are a bit high for sure

Do they stay there from week to week or are either or both rising over time?

Do you do any dosing? If so what, how much and how often?

What’s your filtration and flow like?

Flucuate alittle but mostly stay same using hanna test kts will lowering salt make a difference or increase water change to twce weekly

I wouldn’t expect changing salinity to have an effect on nutrient levels

Doing more or larger water changes probably would help some. Ultimately the nutrients come from somewhere though: primarily, organic matter breaking down, but phosphate can also bind to substrate and rocks over time so depending on how long it’s been up there it could be trickier than just changing out more water

Do you have a refugium or have you considered adding one with chaeto or another macroalgae? We added some decorative macroalgaes to our 26 gallon reef and have the opposite problem where I sometimes have to dose phosphate into the tank to keep it above 0

Dont have room for refugium i did replace tank ,keep all sand and rock and 40 gals of water that was two and have weeks ago numbers been this way sine ,
