My name is Dawn and I am new to this beautiful, wonderful, spectacular hobby so bare with me until I learn things as there is much to know! I’m laid back and super chill..... oh and can be a bit blunt so pardon me! I truly mean no harm. As far as my tank....... this will come later when I would so much like to pick the brains of the hobbyist who have been doing this for years. I’ve read many forums on many different subjects and finally decided to sign up to a forum! Hope this is the right one for me.

Welcome and this is definitely the place to be. I joined a couple months ago when i started my first tank and the amount of info on this forum is spectacular and the members are extremely helpful to new people to the hobby. Couldn't have asked for more supportive group of like minded people.

Welcome home, you will love it here!

I too am too blunt but I try my best here to “feather it” haha!

And nice tank

Thank you! I have put a lot of time into it! I bought the tank with live sand, rock, filter system and so on as the tank was a year old. When I first got the water tested the nitrates were well over 160ppm :(((((( AND the rest.... I will not talk about lol. I have had it stable for 7 months now. Very proud of myself.
