Why should some kid or whoever not be fired, or not get in trouble, for not paying attention and selling a high dollar item for basically nothing.

If I worked at a jewelry store and sold a 2ct diamond for the price of a 2ct cubic zirconia, well then, I would deserve to be fired

If you worked in a Jewelry store whomever hired you should be fired for not doing a background check?

I don't know, but it seems to me that this thread is gotten pretty well out of hand and I felt I should contribute because I have never done anything like this before, it's my first post this morning, actually?

Also, on the current trajectory this thread will be closed for all the personal attacks.

All the laws, the commandments, and the site rules never prevented corruption from running amok amongst the fallen on Earth.

I don’t think that was the OP’s intention to take advantage of people. He perceived that he had a great deal. In this case, it was a successful transaction between the LFS and buyer - both parties are happy!

I’m not aware of a “Holy Grail nem” as a trade name. There are a few lineages of RBTA (e.g. Colorado, Chicago, Candycorn, Inferno, etc) that would go for $300’s; however, the OP’s nem was likely correctly priced at $30. Actually, my local reefers have been donating nems similar to the OP (even some Sherman’s) for free.

I mean, nice looking 'nem for sure, and I guess I'm glad you got a deal, but taking advantage of an LFS worker that didn't know what they were doing seems kind of sketchy to me, just sayin'. It's not like you got one over on Walmart or some huge company, and that employee may get fired over this when the owner figures out what happened. Just sayin'

I wouldn’t intentionally get one over them
But I did know it looked higher end

That blue light exaggerated a lot of colors. I would like to see the picture under white light, which the kind of light I have over my tank/anemone tank.
