Having come from the world of discus and having a hard time obtaining Reef Frenzy...I decided to try my own blend...not to say its as good but everyone in my Fusion 10 seems mighty happy...my recipe is: 1. fresh shrimp
2. Coral Frenzy
3. Selicon
4.Hikari mini pellets
5. color enhancing flake

I used a food processor to blend it to a mush...flattened the lump out and froze it...its not my only food, but I hear no complaints and my lps's hold on to it for dear life unless the cleaner steals it away...fish-wise, I have 2 ywm, a purple ff, and a chalk bass...all eat it like crazy...like to hear good and bad comments...;)
