Yep, that's were I first told my story......here's what I said in that thread:

I’m not overly creative. My avatar is simply the picture found in literature about my screen name. But it’s my screen name that comes with a story…....my son started with saltwater....I still had fresh only. He joined a local fish club where his screen name was onefishtwofish......I think you see where this is going. He was going to attend a local meeting, and invited me to tag along. All had on name tags, and as my son collected his name tag from the host, the host looked at me and said, “You must be redfishbluefish.” And so I was!

I'm going to assume breeding Copperbands is relatively hard? What an accomplishment!

Not actually breeding because they don't breed in captivity to my knowledge but being able to introduce a male to the tank with a resident female and have them bond was really cool. Many folks struggle to keep one alive because they can be difficult so being able to keep two together is a big deal to me.

It’s an orange shoulder tang, but not my photo. Mine kept his juvenile colors for years. Just recently, he’s started maturing into his adult coloration.

I haven’t changed the avatar to his real photo since this one’s already kind of become synonymous with my username.
