How long to run algae scrubber?

I read though several posts and do have a question.. When you turn the lights off, do you still keep the pump going on the scrubber? Or both things go off?

Figured as much, and that's what I've been doing lol.. 2 weeks in and go ally starting to see some results.. Thanks.
