How to set up my Sunsetter led controller???

I am one of those older guys who doesn't even own a smart phone...no techy here...just got a Sunsetter controller to use with a 12 what actinic strip and ( I hope) my IM led skylight in an IM 10 fusion...So far the seller isn't getting back to me...can get actinic lights on but even the clock's #'s are screwy backward and upside-down...

Any kind, technically competent R2R'ers that can walk me throught this?...It'll be more than appreciated...Thanks...Ken:confused:
