Hybrid TTM First day question

Hello everyone, I finished my 62 day fallow period on my DT, and added parasite-free captive breed ocellaris pair into main tank. They are doing fine.

At the same time, I'M running a near 10G qt tank which is in its 12th day, with a royal gramma, bicolor blenny and springeri damsel.
I'll start applying hybrid ttm method.
(I know it has some drawbacks copared to regular QT protocol defined here, but prazipro + copper power are unavailable in Turkey, and I had bad experience with cupramine at my hand. Also, I'll keep them observed after ttm for 2 more weeks which will be 40 day total at quarantine.)

My question is: Since the fishes are in the QT more than 3 days, if I transfer them tomorrow, will it be my day1 or day 4 in Hybrid TTM protocol?

Day 1, I do TTM also since about 2011. It has been extremely successful, in the last 2 years added h2o2 instead of formalin which was another win. I’m at about 60 fish with the procedure, you will be very happy.

That would be day 1.

As most folks here know, I’m not a fan of TTM, even the hybrid method lets flukes through. A better option for those without access to copper and prazi would be hyposalinity. That will take care of ich and flukes, and limits brooklynella. It does not handle Amyloodinium/velvet, but that is pretty rare and hybrid TTM doesn’t work well on that anyway.

Yesterday night, I did a 30 min h202 bath, and transfer fish into sterile tank with all new equipment. I transferred small piece of sponge from DT to help manage biological filtration.

I was suspecting something off with springeri damsel, and after the h202 bath I noticed some reddish sores on his skin. Today the dots seemed better, but the tail and the fins are looking some osrt of damaged. Also it had good appetite until today, but this evening he spits most of the flake food back. Only swallowed few small pieces. (the dots on the fish doesnt look like ich, but im not sure if it is velvet, uronema or brooklynella...)

Since the QT doesnt have light, the photo quality is low. I tried my best.

Second question: based on this low quality photos, do you think this is springeri damsel or cyanea damsel ?

What was your peroxide dose?

I did it in 5L water.
For 150ppm 25ml h202 was needed,
I underdose it to 20ml (%3 peroxide) and its 120 ppm I guess.

Yes, that’s the proper amount for a 120 ppm dose. However, I prefer to use 75 ppm if multiple dips will be used.

It is showing no lethargy. Just getting scared by royal gramma occasionally.

The damsel is pale - that can be a stress reaction, sometimes a sign of external disease. I couldn’t tell - it looked like maybe the tail is damaged?
