Hydra 26 HD Issues

I bought one of these lights for my frag tank a while ago. Honestly I wasn't impressed when I hooked it up, but I kept it and have been trying to use it since.

Now I tried a reset on it, but not sure if I did it right. I can't remember the password into it and I have no control now, from iPhone app or computer. With only the one button on the back it seems more of a pain then anything to me.

HELP!

I need help...badly.

Read down a couple of responses from user. Both responses support says to call, you could get luck on catch someone since this is a holiday weekend:rolleyes: do you use chrome? look in password management and you might also get lucky and the password might be there. Support is really good with AI

I've been to that page and most of it is towards the director. With the HD everything is internal with no director needed. Wifi included. Even what the heck multiple lights it goes to a parent/child status.

I guess my desire right now is to try and start over from scratch, just not sure how to go about it.
