Hydra 32hd moisture intrusion

I have 3 hydra 32s mounted inside a canopy about 9 inches off surface of water. My problem is that 2 of them have already needed to be rebuilt due to moisture. What can i do to prevent this? I do have a fan mounted on back of canopy to vent hot air. The fan is blowing outward. There is slots routed into back for airflow.

Unfortunately, I think the best solution is to get different lights.
