Hydra 52 led settings

I have a hydra 52 and I am not 100% sure where I should have the lights set at currently its about 10 inches over tank and most options are set between 35-45 percent. I don't have a par meter so I can't dial it in perfect but what works for everyone else .. Also my tank is about 2 feet deep mostly sps some love the light some seem to hate it working on a good balance and advice ???
