Is anyone else having trouble importing the file? Every time I open the aip file in myai, it says 'preset has been saved' but nothing changes and I don't know where it saved to. All of my firmware is up to date, but I notice there is no 'share' option on my hydra 52 page. It's there for my prime, but not the 52. Anyone run into this issue?

I choose export from Dropbox and then 'open in my ai,' which opens the app and then it says 'new preset has been saved.' But then nothing happens. It's not under presets nor does it change my current lighting

There is no 'import' option from the Dropbox file. Just export. Then I choose 'open with' and then 'copy to myai.' But nothing happens after that. Could my director be an issue?

Sorry, missed your post, see image. This is your myai page
import.jpg

Look at this image I posted back one page. Open MyAI on a pc, not mobile app. Download the file to your pc, click the icon I circled and click upload.

This is the only way I can get them to upload, at least for me.

Fudsey is correct. They do not seem to import or "upload" from any of my mobile IOS devices, however, my PC no issues

Thanks for the help everyone. Got it down loaded and uploaded this morning. Just one more question, is there any way to move the entire program down a couple hours. Im an early bird and would like for everything to start ramping up around 7 am and finish around 9pm. Or do I have to move every point and basically rewrite the entire thing. Thanks in advance.

I think that's what my problem is. I have an older hydra 52 and when I finally got the import to actually work, it gave me an error and said the file wasn't compatible with this version.
