Hydra lighting Schedule and AIP file

I'm looking for a great all around growth lighting Schedule for my DT and FT to match one I've seen some forums with schedules with humps and stuff and they are it's awesome but I can't get the file to put it on my Hydras (non HD). Anyone have a killer growth file?
