Better than the the flood of Generic AKA Rebrand Chinese Imports but a bit pricey based on the number of their quality LEDs.

If you DIY well you can have more for less...

I have one and another one on order. I like the fact that it isn't as blue and the sol and it has a wider spread from what I see. I like the uv also it makes everything glow more.

No it won't. You won't notice any extra fluorescence (or really anything from the violet LEDs at all) if any other string is on.

Not in that quantity, no. You'd need a separate Hydra containing only those LEDs to get anything close to that.

You're answer. With LEDs it's best to go with hydra SOL VEGAs Radions Maxspects and DIY. Sure it's a tad indecisive and pricey but such is the price of a happy reef.

Lol.... So which ever one.... Ok.... If you were setting up a new 125 standard, which would you choose for a mixed reef?

one of each... but if you must chose just one its important to first acknowledge that there isn't a best one. While many will claim otherwise and take pride in showing you their pack of graphs and charts supporting their deduction, they are all good. You won't find the best, only the best for you. Anyone claiming otherwise is best ignored. Personally I love my razor. For the money I felt it was my best choice. I'd recommend finding a tank you aspire to and chose their lighting.

I have seen all of these lights up and running next to each other on separate tanks and the Vegas are superior in every way to any of the lights you mentioned.

The color seems much more vivid, easy to control, great mounting options, and quality leds. Vegas all the way.
