In the gulf or the atlantic?I have not a clue. It came up on a hook from 70'. It was bent in two so I cut it an have the two pics.
The lashes on this one seem to be different than what I have. Thanks though.I come back with what could possibly be a hit on identification for this coral. If it came from the Atlantic there is a chance it could be Lophelia pertusa, it’s an NPS coral that can be kept in cooler water than the average reef tank (It can be found around the Uk and North America, it has a wide temperature tolerance)
