I recently lifted my lights about 1 1/2 inches now my nems are reaching it’s been about a week reaching like this do I lower my lights back down?

Those BTA seem OK to me. It is not what I would call “reaching for light”. BTA does not require high light anyway, not like other host anemones like Gigantea or Magnifica.
