I need help fast!

I need help fast with this one. It has a little redness around the gills and a small black spot on one side. Swimming around the bottom quite a bit, which is normal for her. What am I treating? I don't have much time because I have to leave in 30 mins...

What are ammonia levels? Have you observed rapid breathing?

Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10ppm

Now she's acting just fine. Maybe I caught her while she was drowsy?
