I had a series of RTN and STN events with some of my acros including a total loss of a seven year old colony.
This happened after I did a 55 gallon water change on a 300 gallon system following a Chemiclean treatment.
Now I am currently battling prorocentrum and coolia dinoflagellates.
Despite the dinos, my acros have stabilized and are doing well again. The water change that seemed to have sparked the RTN was about a month ago.
I decided to get an ICP test done.
Here are the results.
Looking for advice on whether to dose what is recommended or just do water changes. I typically did 1% per day on an AWC. I use regular IO salt.
I stopped doing any water changes because it is recommended in the case of dinos however, I’m still concerned with my acros getting all the elements they need.
