Thank you! This is greatBased on this article, my guess would be Caulastrea or trumpet coral

Do you think I can place him closer to the green candy canes to the left of him?Pretty straightforward care. Pretty easy of an LPS, low-low-moderate flow if I remember correctly and low-moderate light
Yes, though not touching of courseDo you think I can place him closer to the green candy canes to the left of him?
Y'all actually helped me with another candy cane I have that I bought from Corals Anonymous. I couldn’t figure out why one was so much bigger and fluffier than the other, even though they were the same neon green :face-with-hand-over-mouth: I’m in my first year and I’m obsessed with my tank :star-struck: but still soaking up as much education as I can. Thanks again.Yes, though not touching of course
Caulastraea/Astraeosmilia = candy canes
They are the same coral after all
Both of those are Astraeosmilia curvata. Caulastrea (furcata) are the purple/pinwheel ones.yes, it is Caulastrea. It's fine to place next to other Caulastrea of different colors.

From what I know, neither Caulastrea nor Astraeosmilia are particularly aggressive, so you should be able to place them close to each other.Do you think I can place him closer to the green candy canes to the left of him?
