Tyree pumpkin patch. Small piece of octopus that I usually feed the the Puffer but was to small. Maybe an inch long. Has been trying to eat it for an hour now. Hope he does not choke.....lol

Haha nice. I love when corals end up eating food that was destined for the fish. When I had my Captain Americas, I was astounded when I would look down and see like half of them with mysis sticking out of the mouths. :)

I wasn't gonna feed it to the Puffer because it was so small and I hand feed him. He does not have the best eyesight so I use bigger pieces so I can keep from getting bit. That piece was for one of the rock nems. I dropped it when I grabbed another piece for the Puffer. Landed on the frag rack and the current put it right next to the corals mouth. Did not want to rip the feeder tentacles so I let him have it.

Yeah, never hurts to let the corals eat too :) I do like feeding acans and LPS as well to watch the reaction to the food in the water and watch them eat. I think its fascinating.

Nom nom nom lol. Yeah chalices amaze me with the size pieces they take down. I even have a blasto that takes down massive chucks. I gotta try to catch a pic of it.

It's amazing the amount of food that any LPS will eat. I've had my fungia look like it's standing up because it's trying to digest a piece of meat bigger than it is!
