Inappropriate office clown behavior

Just because they may be underpaid compared to the rest of the office staff, does not exclude them from following standard Workplace Behavior Policy. Disgraceful.

HR will determine next steps which potentially involve a 3 hour training video concluded in 4 multiple choice questions.
 
HR works for the company, it won’t be fair and unbiased
besides is your clown in a protected class? What’s its salary and have you reviewed its performance reports
On the one hand, Mr. Clown's display of office twerking behavior could be considered a violation of company policy, but on the other hand, Mrs. Clown is clearly in the position of power, here, so I'm not sure where exactly this case fall.

Sorry Rev. Perhaps this joke can be insensitive to some that see the satire material as quite serious. Can try to move the conversation towards clownfish behavior and away from office jokes.
