Innovative marine 25 lagoon build thread

Hi guys this is gonna be my first documented tank build I’ve tried YouTube and I can never keep up haha, however this will also be on YouTube @Flowering Reefs and on Instagram @Flowering_reefs but in far less detail than here... Long story short this system was set up with an angler fish, my coworker took him and I was gonna make it into a reef then I got lyngbya (a poisonous type of cyano) so I bleached the tank and 2 months later decided to give it another go...

Tank + Equipment:

• Innovative Marine Fusion Pro 25g Lagoon
• 2x Custom caddy
• XP Duetto ATO
• Cobalt Neo-therm heater
• Mighty jet 360gph DC pump
• AI prime 16 hd
• AI prime hd

Thank you zoaprince! May be going a different direction with this tank, a few high end zoas here and there but you’ll see haha

I loved that little guy my coworker took him so now he’s in a much bigger tank, had to get him out or he would’ve suffered the same fate as the clownfish in there ): lol thank you!

Alright Guys Update On The System ! After 15 Days and 2 cycles later the Tank is ready for fish!!

Live Stock Round 1:

• Naked Clownfish
• Midnight Clownfish
• Longfin Fairy Wrasse
• Randalls Goby

I know What you may be thinking... Its quite a heavy stocking list for just after a cycle LOL Well unfortunately my friend needed his QT for some fish he had and I have some bio media from my frag tank i will use. But thats why i made sure to do a long double cycle so all should be well!

Restarting the 25 Lagoon

Here’s some really bad pics of all my new fish lol everyone is doing great! Eating TDO Chromaboost gonna give it another 2 weeks before adding a light ! In the mean time I will add Copepods and continue dosing some bacteria !

Alright guys an update on the tank.....

Finally got a light on the tank im going with an AI Hydra 26HD

Attached is a picture of the PAR readings taken with an apogee mq device

And a schedule of my lights i will put it in acclimation mode for the first round of corals...
