Is it ich

I did a substrate change 3 days ago and the day after when the dust settled I noticed what looked like ich on it. It’s a fairly new setup with a clown, a banner cardinal, and a yellow tail blue damsel. None of the other fish have any signs and the tang is eating, grazing, and swimming just fine and the spots really haven’t multiplied. I’ve researched and it could be a few other things besides ich and thought I would see what you guys thought and possibly treatment options. Thank you

That looks like text book ich and I’m curious if you might have flukes also. I would start with FW dip to see if anything falls off, then transfer to QT with copper and ramp up to 1.75 ppm (copper power) and either do 30 days in the same tank or 14days with transfer to sterile tank. If you find flukes also treat with Prazi twice 5-7 days between treatments. All fish will need to go to QT and your DT will need to be fallow for 76 days.
