My wrasse and clownfish have been sick for 3 weeks now.My clownfish had brooklynella and my wrasse had some sort of bacterial infection.I have been dosing with Fritz Maracyn, for those 3 weeks and my clown fish has been looking fine for about a week. But my wrasse is still sick.Is it safe to put the clownfish back in the display?

The wrasse is a carpenters wrasse I’m pretty sure.He swims around fine. He’s not eating as much as I would like. No breathing problems or anything like that. Heres some pictures, thanks in advance.

Why do you think your Clown had Brook? Fritz Maracyn is not the treatment for that; Ruby Rally Pro is usually recommended. But if your wrasse had some sort of Bacterial thing going on, the Maracyn might help with that.

I see the whitish blotchy areas, but the glass is very dirty so hard to get idea about what's going on. How long have you had both fish and was there any Copper or Prazi Treatment done?

Very sorry, I left out the fact that I dosed the tank with copper for 2 weeks at 2.00 ppm, for the clownfish. I don’t know what the wrasse has but the people at my local pet store recommended maracyn.

As it appears to be ich. coppersafe starts to take effect at 2.0, but you want to bump it up to 2.25 ppm and increase temp to 80 degrees

Although it may or may not matter in this case - two weeks of copper at 2 ppm is too low of a dose for too short of a time. It should be targeted at 2.25 ppm for 30 days.

Are you talking about the white spots? If they were more in a pattern, I would say they are just stress marks that juveniles of this species show. These spots are a bit too random, but maybe?

I don’t think it’s stress marks, because the wrasse also acts fine. he is not breathing heavily or staying on the bottom. He is also eating fine. So do you think the infection is dead and it’s just leftover marks or something like that?

It could just be damaged scales. If it isn't spreading and isn't causing any other symptoms, I don't see a need to treat it (besides, without a clear diagnosis, we wouldn't know what to treat with).

Personally, I wouldn't do that, at least not without a praziquantel treatment in case this is flukes. Also, there is the issue of the too-short copper treatment, that could let something slide through. This becomes a risk-assesement sort of thing; the risk to the wrasse for additional treatments versus the risk of the fish in your DT if the wrasse brings something into that tank.
