Not velvet bt ich and fish and any others in with it will require treatment in a separate tank using coppersafe at 2.2 ppm for a full 30 days monitored with a Hanna brand copper test kit and display left without any fish for 6-8 weeks

+1, that’s ich, gobies have a weird response to it, the spots are a lot larger than they are on other fish.

Copper Power raised to 2.25 ppm within 24 hours is way to go here….

All of those are fine in copper power as long as the QT has an established biofilter. Mandarins can be tough to feed in a bare QT. The issue isn’t just the 30 day copper treatment, but that the fish need to remain out of the DT for 60 days total.

Yes - that works, but it will absorb a bit of the copper and should not be later reused in a tank with invertebrates.

Sorry, no - too many variables….pH of the water, porosity of the rock, how long it is exposed to copper.

One trick is to soak the rock after the treatment in white vinegar and water. That will leech copper out of the rock. Of course, it won’t be live rock after that.
