Is this HOLY GRAIL?

[150 Gallon Reef]

I am being told this is HG. I have an opportunity to purchase.

Another vid. Hg on the left. The right is being called sun god. Also have the chance to purchase the sun god

I don’t know a lot about torches but it appears so although it doesn’t have that truly gold look it’s still mostly considering the lighting

No that’s not, the image below is

The torch looks like a Todd Torch

Hm I’m not sure, gotta play it safe. Before you buy , this is the coral that looks like what their saying VS a real HG

[Bfragale]

Doesn’t look like a holy grail to me. I don’t see any gold or orange, usually the Tentacles has deep green and deep gold or orange with Dark blue tips.

I would be careful- people are calling all kinds of torches holy grail or dragon just to get more money.

[Miguel Negron]

^ 100%

[Perthegallon]

Yeah 100% that’s not a holiy grail that’s a scam that looks exactly like my common torch

[150 Gallon Reef]

Is an all yellow tentacle torch like this worth 700? Calls it a sun god and the entire tentacle is completely yellow

[Bfragale]

Idk about sun god as I’ve never had one- but the sun god from Cali Kid Corals is completely different. Purple tentacles with bright orange tips. And sells for $299.

$700 is complete rip off as it’s a fake and even if it was real it’s 300% over priced.

[Bfragale]

I wouldn’t even give that seller the time of day- they are not honest and looking to rip someone off. If I was you I would pass on all their stuff. It’s people like that that gives this hobby a bad name.

[Miguel Negron]

Check out kungfucorals

[Bfragale]

Fancy insta lol- I still don't think it’s a real holy grail in the viedo. But that’s just me.

Never had a sun god, so I can’t speak to that one. But doesn’t look like other photos I can find.

Just be careful my friend. If your gonna drop that kind of money, just make sure YOU feel confident and what you get is worth what you pay to YOU.

[MERKEY]

It could be a variation of a HG but that Sun God torch or whatever they want to call it is legit.

The HG looks bleached

700 for the sun

[Miguel Negron]

If you do purchase the sun for that price. Ask ahead of time what is their light schedule and parameters. Just to be safe since it’s a lot of money and you wanna be good

700 for the sun

Ya I just went to the site....without seeing the skeleton its hard to say if its worth it.

It's one I've been eyeing but I hate spending that much for super small frags with terrible skeleton growth.

Any chance they sent you pics of the skeleton?
