Issues with my order

I placed an order with you roughly 3 weeks ago. After placing the order, I was informed that a few of the items were out of stock, but were due to arrive by the end of that week and will be sent out as soon as they arrive. I patiently waited a total of 10 days before trying to contact you about the missing items and zero updates about my order. After a number of emails being sent, I still have not received a reply.

I need an order update or a refund for the items plus the extra cost of shipping that I had paid due to the added items since you do not have a flat rate shipping method.

my order is over 175$ and it is not heavy why cant i get it? if i cant i will go to another site that will

This is the 1st time I have seen this thread. We were not notified that an email was posted to our forum. I'm guessing our settings are not setup correctly. Can a mod. look into this?

If anyone ever has an issue with an order then contact us directly. There is no reason to post a concern in a public place unless you can't get in touch with us for some odd reason. Once in a blue moon something will slip through the cracks but we try our best to provide the best possible customer service.

You should be able to set up a subscription to your forum, in your own settings, which will notify you of any posts, in your forum. I'm not sure it's something a mod or admin can do, since it's within your own settings, but I'll forward your request to admin. Thanks!

Just thought I'd mention, I've ordered from aquarium specialty many times and have always been very happy with their service! I'm sure your issues will be resolved once you can get a hold of them.
