With the split, things just got more complicated. 3 more days, I'll do an assessment. If the nem stays inflated, very responsive to touch and gains it's sticky texture back. We're done treating. For now the foot has taken hold of the rock. I call that a win so far.

We're not out of the woods yet.
They responded well after water change. Anything can still happen.

I’m looking forward to when mine splits but at the same time I don’t want to rush it. I’m leaning all I can about how to deal with potential issues with splits. Your two are looking awesome.

As long as guts aren't hanging out everywhere, they don't smell of death, or turn into mush. I know we can get through this. They can inflate their feet. This has been a rough ride.
Not to mention fedex now tells me my package is being delayed :*(

Oh well.

They are mending the wounds. Basically a 190 turning into a 360. The bedt I can describe this.
I want to move the other bta back to the display. Waiting on the other half of the inferno to detach, probably wont.
The larger half is doing great.

The other half, a bit more in need.

I'd figure I'd share pics on how bta splits heal. This has been very interesting to see.
The smaller half is the weaker of the split. So, it is still a bit open.
The larger half, you can see the seam/fold of where it is healing. Cupping up to connect flesh. A train wreck of a journey. I still love this hobby.

Did you build your own canopy? I have been thinking of adding some t5s for a while but with the reefbreeders I have not sure how to make it work. Esp with the way they are mounted.

No, it came prebuilt. I'll get pics of the inside for you shortly. Just woke up.

I have a Goni like that… it’s slowly dieing. :(
I'm done waiting. So, this goni is in the med tank. If it responds by morning, I'll let you know.

Usually for coral, we throw in amoxicillian with the cipro. I should have thought about that.

I need to work on my coral med cabinet. I really don't want to lose anything else. Brown jelly can claim a lot fast. Im lucky when my tree died, no one else went.
