I used to enjoy waleye. I also did say, king salmon i can stomach. Sword fish is nice at 145f
A nice fresh tuna steak with coconut lime and fresh honey drizzle cooked about 1-2 minutes in each side is pretty good. Has to be fresh though.

Pacific or Pink are trash. Copper River is amazing, Steelhead Trout is decent.
Copper River are kings! Steelhead are excellent right from the river in early fall! So good it will make a vegetarian grill a hamster. Credit The News Boys for the last line lol!

Love Swordfish and Mahi Mahi (Dorado)!

Usually after a delay they show up at 9am. I'd asked my husband to go pick up box, but I don't like that look he gives me.

I never tried the coconut lime.... I might this weekend if we can find some fresh tuna steak. I think that's around 24 to 30 per lb here. Not sure how fresh it is though. We're in the midwest after all.

Foot goued on bag. Warm water. Best tips to acclimate after aquarium temps are matched? 2 days in box... im nervous

Place in lower light, medium flow (usually corner of tank in a makeshift holding container works great), and then observe.

If you need a container, get a Tupperware container at least 2-3 times larger than nem, drill or cut some holes in it (I use a soldering iron to make holes and do it from the inside of the container to the outside. This leaves smooth holes on the inside.) and then use a glass cleaning magnet or some type of clip to hold it to either the glass or the top of the tank.

As long as salinity is not drastically different I do not acclimate mine for anything other than temp.
