It's Just a Tank

Pic showing how white he can be(when happily stuffed with food)
Sorry so blue, the lights are ramping down for the night. (He's basically white with the yellow stripes/dots and freckles)

This pic somewhat shows the black/ white stripes. Picture actually caught him while changing colors(it happens fast). When feeling frisky, it's solid black and white stripes all the way across the fish(top to bottom and the entire length).

They are very beautiful tangs. I wont keep one unless I had a 8L'x3W'x2h' foot . They are super sweet fish.

That size tank, except 30" tall, is my dream(next) tank.. he's already kinda big in this tank (with only a 4" tomini, a chromis, and a damsel]) and doesn't really tolerate others. I could put him in the pond but the hippo, of about equal size, is soo peaceful..
Ultimately, the plan is to move everybody to the pond. Take down the tank, set up 8 footer; then connect it to use the pond as sump.

Seeing all your corals makes me miss my little reef tank
There are times I wish I never got back into reef keeping. Kind of wish my husband never got me a new aquarium. But, I guess he wanted to see how it all works. He's such a fast learner.

There's just so much to do with reef keeping and planted tanks vs fish only.

I tried to keep smaller reef. I can't do it. :*(

But, if you ever start back up. There are frags all around.

I have been very exhausted.

Acropora love their water changes.
Might get a couple more frags done

This spot is under superglue treatment. It keeps the algae from competing.
