The slider to set them doesn’t go below 30%. Thats common for just about all pumps even outside of Jaebo.
Yes, that would suck. I am sure you have unistalled, restarted and then reinstalled the app, more than once. It's really odd as there are a lot of app users that haven't had this issue. Have you tried putting the app on a different device?
Well thank you for caring. Yes, we've uninstalled, reinstalled, tried WiFi (which only gives error messages) etc. Seriously, we've done everything we can think of. It's really bizarre. My wife is really techy and she's the one spending hours trying it over and over. She'll show me that she's just reset and both pumps look to be connected and on the same modes and flow speeds THEN, the slave has a mind of it's own later in the day. Ughh. And yes, it's very odd I haven't heard anyone else complaining BUT, I also haven't found any videos on YouTube showing using 2 pumps ...always just one.

Yet, they tell you to name one Master and the other(s) Slave. What would be the purpose if the Slaves don't listen to their Master? It's just very odd. Afetr resetting these so many times, sometimes the Slave will have the same setting as the Master... but then it stops being linked and goes rogue. It's been BEYOND frustrating.
Ya know... that crossed my mind too but thought "it would be a million to 1". But I think the odds are starting to look better now that you've mentioned it. If I don't get anymore answers on this thread soon I might go the return route and see if I can get better results with a replacement.
"apps and I don't get along" lol. I'd have to agree to some point. Why does everything have to be so complicated? The controllers on these pumps are easy peazy but you can't get these 2 pumps to sink that way either SMH.
Just saw you're in SoCal. I may have a solution for you on those pumps...

Thanks for asking... NO. The master works and is aligned to the schedule. The Slave still has a mind of it's own. We've set it so many times (works and aligns at the time we change and then stops aligning to schedule)...but I've given up for now. I only use 1 mode now so they both stay there. The master changes speeds per the scheduled setting but the slave doesn't, so I just adjust the speed on the slave unit in the morning and before I go to bed. It's a bummer but I can't find any support info about Jebao-Jecod for help.
It does seem that you are having a one-off problem as a lot of people run them without this issue. Fortunately, they are inexpensive and a replacement won't set you back much if that's what you want to do.
BTW - you don't have a build thread. Ever thought of starting one?
