Was patient with the shipping to allow for appropriate healing time and adequate weather conditions. Very good communicator, reasonable, and flexible. Would do business with again. High quality palythoas with no losses. In fact, all polyps opened up within 10 minutes of exposure to light, including a 5 minute temperature acclimation period.
