Kessil 160 to 360 Switch

I have a 75 gallon LPS and softie dominated tank with two 160's on it. I picked up a couple of A360's because I'd like to get into a few SPS as well and I needed them to go with the Aquatic Life hybrid fixture I bought for my new tank that I'm building.
My question is, what would be a good acclimation schedule and lighting schedule for the 360's after my initial switch. Just looking for a starting point so that I don't bleach the life out of things right off the bat.
