Hello everyone , finally I have activated my refugium few days ago.
I'm using kessil h160 tuna flora to light the refugium.
I don't understand the difference in spectrum modes : bloom , grow , blue ,red.
I will grow chitamorfa alge .
what is the recommended spectrum for this purpose?

Kessil Advises you to leave the light on Grow. The other settings are for growing weed.

What did I say, not weed I mean tomatoes.

I had the best luck somewhere between bloom and grow. It’s something you can play around with a little. I’d start off in the grow area of the dial and go from there. I don’t think the lighting is quite as important as having the right blend of fuel. Meaning nitrate, phosphate and iron.

Grow setting, bloom is more for flowering plants. Not really refugium necessary
