Kessil Spectral Controller Dimming

It's been noted that Kessil's spectral controller can dim their fixtures to 5% instead of the 13% you can do with another controller. Has anyone measured what the controller is outputting to accomplish that? I'd love to tweak my Reef Angel signal to mimic that if I can.

That extra 8% isnt very noticeable. Even with the controller, my kesils still have the abrupt off issue, very noticeable since that tank sits next to a tank with 52s on it set to transition to a 3% uv night mode.

No? That's a shame. I'd still be interested in what they output that allows them to get the extra control.
