Kessil Wifi Dongle Lunar Cycle

Hi all, sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm not sure I understand the Kessil Lunar Cycle mode in the app. Is it like the MyAI app, where your lights have to be set to a schedule where they're on all night in order for lunar mode to work, or can my light cycle end at 8PM, and then have lunar mode kick on and keep a low light level on the tank? It doesn't seem to be doing that when I preview the schedule.

Thanks. I saw that, but I’m not clear on whether, or not, the program I use for daytime needs to have the lights on throughout the night for it to work. As in, can they go completely off at 8PM, and then have Lunar kick in at a low level all night?

Just set it to go on 5 minutes after your day cycle ends and run until 5 or 6am as shown in the video. You set the phase and let it go. I'm pretty sure that's all you have to do. I can try it on my controller and see how it works.

Just wanted to circle back here and confirm: you do not need to have your light cycle going all night for lunar mode to work. It sets a low level on its own.
