same here, did u file a ticket to GHL yet on this issue?
Nope. They are closed during the holiday and it seems like they pushed and update on their app before this happen. It seems like more of their software bug. Generally, new update should not be release before holiday.

so all we can do is to wait for app update after the holiday....just want to make sure they aware of this.

No issues with a stand alone Doser 2 and myGHL cloud. But I ad it to MyGHL at 27-12

Sincerely Lasse
You mean that you are just newly installed your unit into the cloud & no issue? It seems like we need to delete our KHD from the myGHL & re-add again. This is so much of work for new setup.

I'm a little lost on how to 'vent' the tube for the reagent. The manual says use the manual buttons, so I'm guessing it just means run the reagent fluid through the tube so there's no more air. I've tried this twice, and the pressure has made the tube explode off the dosing pump spraying reagent everywhere. I even have cable ties securing the tubes.
I'm having this problem now. Tried venting a few time now and it just explodes the tube off at the doser, obviously over pressurizing. What is the fix here?

now it's also overpressurizing the waste water tube when i flush measurement cell. So when it is taking in water from the aquarium it pressurizes the waste. When I try Empty measurement cell completely the tube from the Director to the doser collapses under vacuum....something isn't right with this thing....

Your vent line has an issue then.
Either the cent tube is kinked, end under liquid or in a container that doesn't pass air, etc... have a look and report back.

Got mine all working and everything...now is there an update on the graphing ability if you're using a standalone doser and director? I mean, I'd be ok if the values were just recorded somewhere so I can record them if I don't have a change to look at the night tests!

another quick question. I added 13% to the adjust display measure value to get the value closer to the Hanna which I'm used to seeing and it doesn't do anything. It's been reading 8.0 to 8.1 and I add the 13% and the last couple tests have been the same.

Does anybody have a solution to this?

My dosing pump that controls the waste from the kh test is calibrated but the measurement that is calculated on how much actual waste water that is in the container is off. The control center shows that the waste level is @ 1743ml when my indicated level is clearly roughly 1200ml. That's what? Roughly 50% off. Has anybody else noticed the same with their setup?

Yes, for safety reasons the waste water pump runs additional, to make sure it does indeed vacate the chamber and drains the tube. The additional volume recorded is including the air ... Better safe than sorry.

Thanks for clearing that up. I love this product, totally helps me to reduce daily tasks so I can just enjoy the tank more.

Now, hows it going to figure out that solution for testing calcium? I dont consider that a must have due to the relationship between alk and cal, but it would be nice to run one less test every so often to confirm nothing went too far out of whack.

I spent some time this weekend visiting with some of our customers, utilizing the KHD to monitor and control alkalinity in their Coral farms.

Very nice!!!

I'm not quite at the point where I am willing to turn control over yet but I'm getting there. Ever since the problem I had that Marco helped with mine has been rock solid. It's really nice having the GHL Alkalinity standard to test the unit with. If it keeps going like it has been I may be willing to turn control over with some tight limitations.
