Found a cool looking critter on my Tampa Bay live rock. About an inch and a half long. Not sure what it is. Good or bad?

Does anyone know what it is?

Thanks. I think you’re right. Red footed cucumber was the closest I could find. This one is flatter than the pictures I can find. I’d say that’s a good hitchhiker.
