Large white thing!

Hey guys this this is long white and looks to be attached to the bottom of the live rock in the sand.... I there is a really long one and a short one... any idea and thanks!

It can be sponge. If it's not moving then it's probably sponge.

Really?! I do have some purple sponge on the backside of the same live rock...weird

It's common to have different colors of sponge. I have pink sponge as well as white and when that sponge on the rock gets a lot of light it'll turn blackish gray. Or is it the other way around i forget but it's common to have different color sponges. Best way to see if it's a sponge is to look closely and look for pores.
