I've googled, searched and, emailed manufacturer (no response) and still can't find a replacement driver . I'm not suite how all the number work for amps and such so I don't want to order just any driver can anyone help me?

CLose enough. Without knowing the real forward voltage needed at stated drive current you need to meet or exceed the original range.
Meanwell ab units are both voltage and current adjustable.
48 can be adjusted as an exact replacement.
Rhe dimming method if the original isn't stated .
