Led for frag tank

I am most likely getting the deep blue frag show tank. It is 22 gallons and 36 x 18 x 8. The lfs recommended a Kessil to me but I am trying to stay under $200 with lighting. Another lfs said an ocean revive which idk if that's overkill? What other options are there, and is there a Kessil knockoff.
 
OR are good lights. You'll just have to tone down the power some.
 
If you don't care about programmability just throw a chinese dimmable black box on a timer from eBay over it.

That's great but quite a lot of them don't have a great color spectrum. On the cheap they are a great way to go though.
