I'm really interested in leds but having a hard time deciding the best for my tank. I have a 55 with lps and sps. Please let me know what's the best for growth and color.

Hmm... I must be one of the lucky new hobbyists of 12 years that got this to work with his reef tank.

Who makes statements like this? Have you ever even owned one?

Did you grow those huge colonies with your LED's only, or did you make the transition recently? No T5 supplementation?

how long have you had your ocean revive running farmer ty?
They've been running on the system for half a year now. I switched from 400-watt MHs and being a die hard MH fan, I'm surprisingly impressed. The transition was anticlimactic and none of my corals shifted color at all.

Oh no, those grew under MH but they are just the screaming green birdsnest, setosa, and purple stylo. Those grow like weeds anyways.

I will say though that my echinata and green lokani seem to be growing at the same rate as under the MHs. I can see growth literally everyday like I did with my MHs.

So would you recommend them for lps and sps coral growth? I need to find a decent setup to handle both to grow but not wallet breaking

I have both, but obviously more SPS. Anything that can grow SPS can grow LPS just fine IMO. For bang for your buck, I'm pleasantly surprised with these units.

Here's an updated video of my system I made the other day.

Results my vary with other types. I just know the Ocean Revive T247s work for my tank.
