I've had a captive bred lemon damsel for a couple months now. His fins have colour up yellow but his body is very pale looking. Definitely not anywhere near the bright yellow pics you see online.

He's very active and eats very well multiple types of food. He is fairly timid tho and hides alot and has a place in the rocks he likes. But I don't witness any aggression and no injuries etc.

Is that just how he will be or is there a way to get him to colour up to a bright yellow?

Thx
