I keep 80+ lbs of Oolite in the refugium section of my triton 44 sump. It's only about 5-6" deep with chaeto on top and dirty. Not very pretty but a great excuse not to clean the detritus. I run a BB display so It's fun to peak and see all the spaghetti worms and other little sand critters creeping around down in that section.
