Started January 2020 in first pic. The 2nd pic is most recent (maybe 2 weeks ago or so). Learned a lot and experienced a ton of trial and error. Thanks to all the reefers who helped me along the way this year.

Filled with live sand and saltwater on 12-5, drained the tank and moved it on 12-12, added 40# life rock and biospora on 12-17. ac30 will be swapped for an ac50 later and 2nd ac110 fuge will be filled tomorrow night. Will be macroalgae, various graciliara in the rocks and chaetomorpha in the fuges. Haven't decided on stocking for fish yet. Standard aqueon 30 gallon tank and pine stand.

Nice brotha what your fav piece youve gotten so far
Leptastrea honestly. My piece came in and it was looking really bad for a while thought it would die, skeleton even got exposed on it, and I was really dissapointed in buying it. It recovered and became my favorite. I actually just loaded up on 4 more leptastrea that I'm waiting on now. I never see anyone talk about this coral and it's so amazing to me.
