Alright, that's it, I'm over this! The OP's profile says he lives in Peachtree City, Georgia. I googled pet store in Peachtree, and the only "LFS" besides Petco and Petsmart is Off The Hook-Marine Fish.

I had to wait until noon to call them when they opened and asked if they had any customers yesterday who seemed overly agitated or irate over something that happened in the store. I explained the I was a PI looking for this individual. The sales associate said she couldn't talk to me but said to call back at 2:00 pm when the Manager was available.
