light for fish only

I have a rack of 20 gallon long I need to have light on. The light is only to show the fish. I try to find the most affordable solution.

Not sure how much is the budget.
I would put Current Orbit 1st generation. Its features are nice.
There are also strip leds.
Check out Amazon too for leds.

I personally never tried flood LED and strip, how is it compared to stuff like Reefbrite tech or XHO
