Light sensitive migraine

Any other reefers who get light-sensitive migraines? Does any type or brand trigger you or trigger you worse than others?

I've been out of the hobby for a few years and I like the look of Kessils but I'm wondering if the shimmer will be triggering...

I do not have light sensitivities and Kessils bother me. This is the last light that I would consider in your case.

If you have issues with light sensitivities, then look at a T5 setup with a hood so that there is not intense shimmer lines nor spill into the room.

Good call on T5’s. Especially if you do a more daylight bulb layout.

Yeah I would agree t5s are probably easier on the eyes- less dramatic and more spread out light.
